Dunia Games had an exclusive interview with Muhammad "Muhfers" Ferisko, the Support/Roamer and captain of RRQ. He discussed various challenges his team faced during the first week of IKL Spring 2025. Muhfers shared insights into their preparation process, noting that they had limited time to get ready for the tournament.

"We have been preparing for two weeks with the current RRQ roster. We had to change coaches recently, which caused some issues," he explained. He also mentioned his ongoing efforts to adapt to his teammates, emphasizing the importance of building chemistry through communication and shared activities. "I try to bond by chatting and joking with them, and we often engage in activities together outside of gaming, like going for walks. I'm still in the process of adapting," he stated.

Regarding their performance against Team Nemesis, Muhfers pointed out that the team struggled to align their playing styles and faced challenges with drafting, particularly due to the absence of their coach at the match venue.

"We still lack a unified mindset and tend to play too passively. Drafting was also difficult since our coach wasn't there with us," he added. He concluded by highlighting the need for improvements in discipline both in-game and in their overall approach, as external factors can significantly impact their performance. "We need to work on our in-game discipline and recognize that outside influences also affect how we play," the captain remarked.

Despite facing disappointing results against Team Nemesis, RRQ successfully rebounded with a 2-1 victory over Alter Ego Enma, enhancing their chances for playoff advancement. Muhfers noted the team's progress and reiterated their commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement in preparation for their next match in the Tyrant group.

He stated, "Having improved from our game against Alter Ego, we recognize the need for an active strategy from the outset, learning from our experience with Team Nemesis. We must continue to assess our discipline, teamfights, and other critical aspects."
