To able to copy and change their appearance as they like are the traits of this high tech race known as Transformers. They originally lived in Cybertron, and they must stay on earth due to the destruction of their home planet. Transformers come in various sizes, some have a few centimeters tall to planet size one. 7. Majin Zarak – 200 meters

Majin Zarak is a killer monster robot with a massive body. This monster is very feared during Beast Wars II due to its ruthlessness. Metroplex is one of the fictional mega-sized robots in Transformers. In Transformers G1, he appeared as a city, while in Transformers: Cybertron, he appeared as one of Autobot’s commanders. It turns out that Metroplex is a legendary robot in Transformers Universe and he won’t resurface until Megatron appears on Cybertron. This makes sense because he is undefeatable. Sometimes, Metroplex changes into a city but sometimes changes into a mixed city with Autobots or Scramble city.

4. Omega Supreme – 805 meters

Omega Supreme is one of the giant robots in the Autobots family who is very feared by Decepticons. Omega Supreme can easily defeat smaller Decepticons with his giant body. He serves as Autobots’ last standing when Cyberton is under the verge of destruction. Even though he’s very formidable in battle, but he moves very slow. He covers his flaw with homing missiles that can chase the targets.

3. Fortress Maximus – 3 kilometers 

Fortress Maximus is yet another one of the biggest robots in Autobots. He is shaped like a massive building and can turn into a massive robot in advance. In Transformers G1 animated series, Fortress Maximus once faced with Scorponok who shared similar body size. Luckily, this robot is more superior in combat and managed to defeat his opponent within a few strikes.

2. Metrotitan – 3,2 kilometers

Metrotitan is a massive robot under Decepticons. He was created by Violen Jygar on Saturn’s satellite, Titan. When he became an official member, he was tasked to attack Autobot’s colony located in a secret place. With his massive body, Metrotitan managed to eradicate the colony fairly easy, even he killed Galaxy Shuttle, one of Autobot’s veteran, during his attack in Zone Base. 

1. Unicron - 140.000 kilometers

Unicron is a massive robot who is neither a member of two sides that can transform into a planet. He likes to destroy everything he passed on in the galaxy. His traits are similar to a Marvel Character, Galactus. He was introduced back in 1986 when the Transformers: The Movie released. He served as the main character in the movie and dedicated to destroying everything on the galaxy starting from stars, asteroids, and planets. With his supermassive body and his alternate form as a planet, Unicron is unmatched.
