If some shounen series are usually afraid to eliminate some of their popular characters, this is different from Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter
Call it the ant king Meruem or one of his bodyguards Pitou who has very deep popularity and character development. However, indiscriminately and for the sake of continuing the story, Yoshihiro Togashi decided to make the two characters die at the hands of the hunters.
Well, now seeing that several characters are killed very easily in this series, regardless of their strength and popularity, guess who will have the greatest possibility of dying in the ongoing arc, namely the seizure of the Kakin throne arc.
1. Kakin princes
There is only one person left who can succeed to the Kakin king's throne. This is a condition and proof that almost all of the Kakin princes will die on the Black Whale ship. Whether it's first prince Benjamin or fourth prince Tserriednich, both of them are shown to have more dangerous power potential than their brothers.
Not necessarily having a high chance of survival considering that this war for the throne doesn't only involve people from the kingdom. Because the mafia families or even the hunters themselves can be involved in it. So we still can't say for sure who is the successor and the only prince who can survive to inherit the throne of the next Raja Kakin.
2. Kurapika
Being one of the main characters, it doesn't seem like a guarantee to keep Kurapika alive after the inheritance war arc this time. If you pay attention, his conflict with Genei Ryodan and the existence of Prince Tserriednich plus Kurapika's ability is related to reducing his life time.
Everything about Kurapika seemed to be resolved on the ship heading to the Dark Continent. Moreover, seeing the theme of Kurapika's character which is based on a desire for revenge, what Kurapika has been looking for all this time is the red eyes of the Kurta tribe.
Coincidentally it is owned by the fourth prince of Kakin, so the fight between the two plus the grudge with the spider members should be the best place for Kurapika to resolve the grudge he has been carrying for a long time.
Moreover, Kurapika's Emperor Time ability can make him enter nen specialist mode, a power that allows Kurapika to use all types of nen efficiently at a cost of one second of use which is equivalent to one hour of his remaining life.
More or less if you count on this arc alone, Kurapika has used Emperor Time for 9 hours or the equivalent of 3 years of his remaining life and this ability will of course continue to be used by Kurapika, considering the existence of spiders and Price Tserriednich as enemies who cannot be considered trivial.
3. Genei Ryodan
Chrollo's conflict with Hisoka, which was initially thought to end at the Tower of Heaven, turned out to be much longer after Hisoka was able to come back to life using his Nen abilities and now Hisoka is targeting the members of the Genei Ryodan one by one.
Kartopi and Shalnark have become the first victims of Hisoka's hunt and of course they are not the last two Genei Ryodan members to die, especially in the fight for the throne arc. The problem is that Kurapika's existence is combined with conflicts with the mafia family and flashbacks that are always associated with death, all signs of the disappearance of several members of the Genei Ryodan group are slowly appearing.
Who do you think will soon follow Uvo, Shalnark and Kartopi from the Genei Ryodan group? Let's just wait and follow along with the conflict presented by Togashi sensei in the struggle for the throne this time.
