My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha Premieres in October 2025

The anime adaptation of My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon, I'm Out for Revenge! is officially set to premiere on October 3, 2025. Based on the popular light novel by Shisui Meikyou with illustrations by tef, this series has long been anticipated for its dark, revenge-driven storyline.

During a special premiere event at Shinjuku Piccadilly Cinema, the production team announced that singer Nowluwill perform the ending theme song titled Shirogarasu. The track is expected to perfectly capture the emotional depth and somber tone of Light’s journey.

Story Overview

The plot follows Light, an adventurer betrayed and left for dead by his comrades. While fleeing, he finds himself trapped in the deadliest dungeon, the Abyss. There, his unique ability Unlimited Gacha unleashes its true power by summoning a level 9999 warrior named Mei.

Three years later, Light has established an underground kingdom with an elite army loyal to him. Armed with Overlord-level strength, he sets out to the surface to exact revenge on those who betrayed him.

The series began as a web novel on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2020, later receiving a print edition from Hobby Japan in 2021. As of now, it has published 12 volumes.

An ongoing manga adaptation by Takashi Ohmae has been serialized on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket since 2021, with 17 volumes available as of August 2025.
