Studio Bones announced that My Hero Academia Season 6 will be released on 1 October 2022. The upcoming season will air on Yomiuri and Nihon Television channels, every Saturday at 5:30 PM Japan Time. The English dub and streaming platform for the new season are yet to be confirmed.

Along with the release date announcement, Studio Bones also revealed the latest key visual for Season 6. Just like the previous trailers and visuals, the poster shows the heroes ready to take on the villains of the Paranormal Liberation Front. The studio also mentioned that the upcoming season will cover the “All-Out War” arc of the manga.

The key visual shows protagonist Deku alongside Todoroki and Bakugo, as well as the series’ main antagonist, Tomura Shigaraki, in the background. The character designer for the anime, Yoshihiko Umakoshi, designed the key visual alongside Studio Bones. Umakoshi has worked on the anime adaptation since 2016 as well as its various movie adaptations, and other series, such as Berserk and HeartCatch PreCure!

My Hero Academia has also recently released a trailer video for My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble a free-to-play battle royale game, which is slated for a release in Fall 2022. The game features numerous characters from the series fighting in teams of three. Bandai Namco has held several beta tests for the game, and the next beta test will begin in August 2022. My Hero Academia manga is scheduled to end in 2022.
