This is a clear indication that Chopper's arrival is now confirmed. This time, Netflix revealed a glimpse of Chopper, who will appear in the upcoming second season. Unfortunately, there’s still no news about the actor playing Chopper. A while ago, during a TV event in Japan, young actress Kanna Hashimoto was invited to the show and interviewed by senior artist Sanma. Kanna shared that she had met Eiichiro Oda a few days prior and they had a chat.
