1. Charlotte’s Memories

In the previous plot, Charlotte became one of the Magic Knights who got possessed by the elves. She was treated after losing her consciousness as an effect of the elf leaving her body. Upon regaining her consciousness, Charlotte slowly remembers the moment she got possessed. The Blue Rose Captain is well aware that at the time she was fighting with Yami against the Devil.

Then, Yami’s sudden arrival to her base makes Charlotte panic and nervous. This is certainly because of her feelings towards Yami. She also mistakenly thinks that Yami is about to confess his feelings for her. Eventually, Charlotte frantically runs away from Yami.

2. Charlotte’s Past

We are being reminded of the Blue Rose Captain’s past. Charlotte is a member of a noble family who doesn’t fancy any man, except for the ones who can defeat her. It’s because she needs a man who can defeat her curse. One day, the curse was activated and attacked Charlotte.

Charlotte, who was about to give up, was surprised when Yami came to help. According to Yami, there’s no shame in asking for help if one’s in dire situations. He also said that as a fellow Magic Knight, they supposed to help each other. Hearing those words, Charlotte began to fall in love with Yami. Since then, her curse starts to fade away.

3. Charlotte’s Confession

In the afternoon, after running away from Yami, Charlotte gives a confession to all members of Blue Rose. Actually, as the captain of a squad that hates men, she’s ashamed to admit it. However, Charlotte blatantly admits that she’s in love with Yami.

The Blue Rose Captain is ready for a harsh reaction from the members and was thinking to resign from her post. Yet unexpectedly, Blue Rose members’ reactions are different from what Charlotte had imagined. Instead, they give their support for their captain to be together with Yami. Some of Blue Rose members even admit that they’re in fact in a relationship.

4. Yami’s Question

As it turns out, Yami’s actual purpose of meeting Charlotte wasn’t to express his feelings, but rather to ask about the curse hampers the Roselei family. This prettiest captain explains that it started out with a magic spell cast by a witch upon the Roseleis.

The spell was different from most in the Clover Kingdom, so it couldn’t be neutralized. This curse activates and takes over any member of the Roselei family members when they turn 18. Many categorize this magic as a forbidden one.

According to Charlotte, it’s most likely that this forbidden magic does not originate from the human world. She also explains that within Yami’s force, there’s someone with a much more significant curse than her, Gordon. Up until now, there’s not much known about Gordon.
