Boro’s virus that spreads in the air can’t infect the bodies of Team 7 members anymore. Boro questions why they became immune to the virus was immediately answered by Mitsuki.

When Mitsuki took out a snake that had bitten Boro's body before, in addition to releasing venom to poison Boro, the snake also sucked the virus-filled blood from his body. 3. Boro’s Body Keep on Regenerating

The fight between Boro and Team 7 heats up when Boruto and Mitsuki start attacking Boro again. Sarada joined in to attack Boro but was restrained by Kawaki because he wanted to tell Boro's weakness.
