Trying to sacrifice himself by burning his body, Kawaki forced Momoshiki to absorb the fire to save Kawaki’s body. Then Boruto's chakra resurfaces and Boruto takes control of his body again by breaking Momoshiki's horn which temporarily drives him away. Boruto and Kawaki's close brotherhood was able to defeat the formidable Otsutsuki.

It turns out that Naruto also misunderstood Kurama's intentions when previously offering the life-threatening Baryon Mode, not Naruto's death as a consequence but the end of Kurama's life. Kurama died happily because even though he is a bijuu Naruto wanted to call him by his name and treat him as a brother. Naruto's consciousness returned when he was awakened by Boruto, Kawaki, and Sasuke.

1. Boruto want to try bring Naruto, Kawaki, and Sasuke Back to Konoha

In Boruto episode 219 it is shown that Naruto, Sasuke, Boruto, and Kawaki are still trapped in another dimension. Without Sasuke's Rinnegan or Karma on Kawaki's body that has been destroyed, time and space moves and karma portals are difficult to cast. Fearing that Momoshiki Otsutsuki will rise again if Boruto's karma is used, Kawaki scolds Boruto instead.

Boruto's argument with Kawaki caused Boruto's emotions to rise, and suddenly the Karma in Boruto's hand opened a time and space portal. Sucked into the portal, Kawaki and Boruto instantly disappeared. Sasuke swiftly pulled Naruto's body into the portal. Shikamaru immediately received news from Ino that Naruto, Boruto, Kawaki, and Sasuke managed to defeat Isshiki and arrived in Konoha. Expressions of relief came from all who heard the good news, including Amado who had successfully defected to Konoha Village.

2. Karma Still Remains Because Code is Still Alive

Naruto, Sasuke, Boruto, and Kawaki were greeted by Shikamaru and friends above the Hokage's office. Seeing her father who lost one eye, Sarada was shocked. Responsible for the loss of Sasuke's Rinnegan, Boruto apologizes and is willing if Sarada wants to beat him to her heart's content. Sarada and Sasuke did not blame Boruto for the incident.

Continuing interrogating Amado about Otsutsuki, Shikamaru immediately brought Naruto and Amado back to a closed room. 3. Isshiki’s Spirit Gives Otsutsuki Inheritance to Code

Code sleeps in the ten-tailed beast cage because he was previously given the task of guarding it by Jigen. Finally, Code woke up after falling asleep because he was given a task that he considered boring. Code actually wanted to be a container for Otsutsuki even though his body was not adequate. Suddenly Isshiki's spirit appeared in front of Code before he was completely defeated.

The Otsutsuki inheritance was also given to Code so that his plans could continue. Flattered and proud of the honorable task, Code was excited to accept it. Isshiki's spirit was destroyed after engraving Karma into Code.

4. Boruto Becomes a Celebrity After Saving Konoha

The villagers who were worried because of Isshiki's attack were relieved to know that the biggest threat had been eliminated. The Konoha media crew even interviewed Boruto because he was considered a hero to save Konoha. In an instant Boruto was invited to a TV station to attend a talk show about the hero who saved Konoha.

Watching their friend who suddenly became a celebrity, Sarada, Mitsuki, Sumire, and friends were shocked. The Hamburger restaurant, where the young Konoha shinobi gathered, became excited because of Boruto's appearance on TV,

5. Team 7 is Prohibited to Carry Out Missions Until a Solution is Found for Boruto’s Karma

Boruto's indecision is shown in Boruto Episode 219. Being famous as a savior of Konoha doesn't make Boruto happy. Especially Sarada and Mitsuki who followed Boruto to the TV station because they were upset. Team 7 is prohibited from carrying out missions until a solution is found for Boruto’s karma, and it’s an order from Shikamaru.

Fearing Momoshiki Otsutsuki resurrecting in Boruto's body again, made him even more confused about his situation. Boruto's friends and many close people continue to support him so he can solve this issue.
