In Boruto episode 220, Boruto is shown staying up late playing ninja games on his handheld console until late at night. Trying not to fall asleep even though he is very sleepy, Boruto is afraid that Momoshiki Otsutsuki will take over his body again if he is unconscious.

The ninja game that Boruto plays looks very fun because the gameplay is similar to the shinobi-style Super Mario Bros., but Boruto doesn't enjoy it because he keeps thinking about bad things. Remembering when Boruto fainted after the fight with Isshiki, Momoshiki instead took control of his body and directly stabbed Sasuke's Rinnegan. Feeling guilty, Boruto tries not to fall asleep so Momoshiki doesn't get back up.

2. Naruto Met with the Five Kage to Discuss Otsutsuki

Naruto is having an online meeting with the five Kage. The Summit, which was held online, discussed the Otsutsuki and the Karma group that were a threat to the Ninja nations. So far Kara's headquarters and also the place where the ten-tailed beast is kept has not been found. 3. Kawaki Gets a New Arm from Amado

Having difficulty brushing his teeth with one hand, Kawaki also gets Himawari's attention. The only chance to prevent Momoshiki from resurrecting is to kill the sleeping Boruto. Naruto almost moved his hand for his toughest decision, luckily Amado came at the right time. Amado offered the medicine to lower the Karma decompression that he had secretly given to Kawaki earlier to prevent Isshiki from awakening.

5. Amado’s Medicine Stops Karma Decompression in Boruto’s Body

The resolution of the Boruto Karma problem is shown in Boruto Episode 220. Naruto gave Boruto the medicine when they got home. Even though Boruto doesn't trust Amado, he does trust Naruto. A few days later, Amado’s medicine gave good results to Boruto.

He can sleep soundly at home and have a good meal at his favorite burger restaurant because the 2 examination results showed that the Karma decompression in Boruto's body was stopped because of the drug. Kawaki's prosthetic hand was returned to Naruto, the Seventh Hokage offered Kawaki to become Konoha's official ninja starting from the Genin level. The Chunin Exams, which were interrupted by Momoshiki, will also be re-executed by Naruto and Shikamaru.
