3. A Help from the Udon Prisoners

Because Kaido's spies are always watching Luffy's movements, they can monitor where Luffy is. It makes the two Gifters wait and want to confront Luffy near the stairs to the top floor. They have talked about Luffy's bounty and are sure they can beat him.
