One of the most anticipated summer animes by fans, The God of High School, finally on air since July 6. The first episode of this series that based on a Webtoon manhwa (Korean comics) tells about a mysterious organization that holding a martial arts tournament for high school students. Anyone who wins the tournament will have a right to ask anything to the organizer to be realized.

1. God of High School Tournament Has Officially Started!

A martial arts tournament titled God of High School held by a mysterious organization officially announced. After having a handful of candidates to fight, finally, the elimination rounds of the said tournament in Seoul has started.

In the tournament, every contestant is given the freedom to achieve victory, like using any kind of martial arts to use weaponry.

All contestants will equip a bangle that will show their HP indicator. If their health depleted, then the contestant loses.

2. Classic Anime Scene: The Main Character Oversleeps

In the first episode of The God of High School, we can see a classic anime scene where the main character oversleeps and late to his destination. After having a dream that tells about his past, Jin Mori finally awakes from his sleep and looking at his alarm beside his bed.

After a moment of silence, Jin Mori realizes that the alarm is already broken, and he immediately rushes to go to the place where the God of High School tournament is held by riding a bike.

3. Chasing a Pickpocket Instead of Rushing to His Destination

On his way to the destination, Jin Mori encounters an old lady who got pickpocketed. At first, he doesn’t care, but after remembering the old lady’s suffering, Jin Mori turns the other way around and chasing the pickpocket with his bike.

When chasing the pickpocket, Jin Mori encounters other characters such as Yu Mira, a cute woman who he accidentally crashed, and Han Daewi, a strong man who helps him stopping the pickpocket.

4. The First Encounter of the 3 Main Characters

After successfully stopping the pickpocket, Jin Mori, Yu Mira, and Han Daewi, who the trio are the main characters of the series, start to introduce themselves, and their relationship started from this moment.
