In the previous episode, The God of High School anime offers a more light and relaxed story.

In this week’s episode, the God of High School tournament resumes. As we already know, Han Daewi has secured a place in the final round after defeating Yoo Mira.

On the final round, Han Daewi will come up against Jin Mori, and their epic battle is shown in this episode.

How does the story pan out in The God of High School Episode 5? Well, without further ado, let’s just get straight into it!

1. The Final Match: Jin Mori vs. Han Daewi

After several episodes, the final round for the Seoul region has begun.

The participants who are fighting in this round are Jin Mori and Han Daewi, an excellent fighter who defeated all of his opponents in the previous rounds.

Since both of the main characters are equally strong, this is definitely not going to be a quick match.

Neither of them wants to back down from this, Han Daewi even pulls off his secret technique once again to give Jin Mori a good fight.

2. The Recently Deceased Han Daewi’s Best Friend

In the fourth episode, we’ve been given a bit of a teaser of Han Daewi’s best friend, Woo Seungtae, who was in a critical condition.

In the middle of the fight, his close friend passes away, resulting in Han Daewi losing his focus.

3. The Reason Behind Han Daewi’s Sudden Change of Demeanor

Ever since his battle against Yoo Mira, Han Daewi looks furious with his ego gets the better of him.

The reason for Han Daewi’s mood swings is that he wants to save his best friend’s life and asks the committee to save him by using the latest Nanomachine technology.

However, the committee gave a condition for Han Daewi, he has to give “overwhelming victories” in the last two matches.

Yet, of course, the committee isn’t that ruthless. Secretly, unbeknownst to Han Daewi, they have been trying to save his best friend with the Nanomachine, yet to no avail.

4. Jin Mori’s New Technique: The Blue Dragon

Near the end of the match, as it turns out, Jin Mori had learned a new technique, named The Blue Dragon Kick.

It seems like this technique was inspired by Han Daewi’s secret move, but altered in some way to match the Renewal Taekwondo combat style.

After being hit with that devastating blow, Han Daewi fells down, and Jin Mori comes out as the winner of the final round.

5. The Three Friends Are Back Together

After getting a letter from his best friend, Han Daewi regains his inner peace, and the friendship between Jin Mori, Yoo Mira, and Han Daewi returns to normal as they reconcile.
