In Episode 7, the God of High School national tournament has begun. The tournament which gathered the best fighters in Korea was so intense, one was actually ended tragically, where Taek Jegal attacked his opponent almost to his death.

In last week’s episode, Han Daewi was given a similar ban to Jin Mori’s for his interruption in Taek Jegal’s fight, as he deemed Taek had gone too far in that fight.

But, it was a decisive moment for Han Daewi, and a great move, because in the end, he minimalized the number of casualties from Taek Jegal’s deadly blow.

Well, in Episode 8, the situation starts to subside as the plot of this episode feels like a relaxed and casual one.

1. Jin Taejin in a Critical Condition

Remember the lethal attack Jin Taejin received in Episode 6? After the Judges and The Six investigated the attack, they got information that Jin Taejin is currently in a critical condition as he may have lost a lot of blood.

Jin Taejin also seems to be taken captive by the mysterious organization, Nox, because he disappeared on the very same day of the attack.

Jin Mori, who gets the news about this, is quite shocked, but he tries to be positive and is completely sure that his grandfather would be able to deal with Nox easily.

Will Jin Taejin be able to survive this condition?

2. Park Ilpyo and Jin Taejin’s Connection

When Park Ilpyo gets into the arena, Jin Mori notices that Park Ilpyo is wearing a white tiger jacket that resembles Jin Taejin’s military uniform.

Moments later, Park Ilpyo tells about his past and how his grandfather was Jin Taejin’s best friend.

Jin Taejin approached Park Ilypo one day and handed out an inheritance from his grandfather, including the martial art, Taekkyon.

To honor Jin Taejin and his grandfather, Park Ilpyo decided to master the martial art and uses similar attributes as their military uniforms.

3. Jin Mori’s Birthday

In Episode 8, Jin Mori is turning 17. His friends, who got notified that it’s actually his birthday, rush to Jin Mori’s place to celebrate.

Jin Mori who was feeling down and worried starts to cheer up, thanks to Han Daewi and Yoo Mira.

4. A Mysterious Message for Jin Mori

The next day, after celebrating his birthday, Jin Mori receives a mysterious message, containing a map and a photo of a dying Jin Taejin.

What could it be all about? And will Jin Mori rush to the place shown on the map?
