Since Tokyo Revengers Episode 13 has aired, it's time for the writer to make the recap. Before that, let's take a look at last week's episode.

Silence ensued when Takemichi and Hina met again after a long time. Witnessed by Naoto who saw his older sister awkwardly meeting her ex-lover again without saying a word, she just blushed shyly. Happy with the reunion, Hina still looks happy sitting in her car while waiting for Takemichi to come. Even though he was already running, Takemichi was late in warning Hina that someone wanted to kill him.

In an instant a large car hit Hina's car until it was crushed against the wall of the parking lot. Takemichi was shocked by the murder, not to mention after it was revealed that Akkun was the one who collided with the car. The last words that came out of Akkun who was dying from a crash was that he was very scared of Kisaki Tetta who was leading Tokyo Manji and told him to do this all. A huge explosion occurred in Hina's car and killed her instantly. This tragic incident makes Takemichi want to time leap into his past again and is determined to become the chairman of Tokyo Manji to save Hina's life again.

1. Hinata Tachibana’s Funeral

In Tokyo Revengers Episode 13, the sad atmosphere of Hinata Tachibana's funeral was shown. Takemichi's lover Hina burned to death because she was killed in her car and Takemichi failed to save Hina's life. In front of the altar, Takemichi prayed for Hina so fervently and took a long time, making the funeral committee urge Takemichi to move places in order to provide an opportunity for other mourners to pray for Hina in front of his altar.

Takemichi is in deep sorrow because the loss of his lover did not want to move from the altar and cry, followed by the tears from Naoto, Hina's sister. The necklace that Takemichi gave to Hina when he was in middle school was burned down, making Takemichi cry and want to time leap again to prevent Hina's death.

2. Takemichi and Naoto Visits Draken in Prison

Info from Naoto Tachibana who works in the police stated that Atsushi Sendou alias Akkun who killed Hina also had a child and wife in 2017. Akkun's motives, who are already married, can be seen clearly when Akkun's wife and children have disappeared for the past few days, a sign that the Akkun family who were held hostage forced Akkun to obey someone's orders to kill Hina.

Takemichi's confusion as to why this happened even though he had previously succeeded in changing history to prevent Draken's death made him want to meet Draken in 2017. Even though in this timeline Draken is still alive, it turns out that he has become a convict with a death sentence awaiting his execution day. Takemichi's meeting with Naoto with the Draken in his prison shows the Draken who still hasn't changed, remains kind to Takemichi.

3. Kisaki Tetta is Cunning and Good at Manipulating People

Takemichi and Naoto's visit to the Draken prison reveals new facts, from why he was imprisoned and why Tokyo Manji continues to turn into a dangerous organization. Kisaki Tetta is the one who is responsible for all of that, he is the one who made Draken kill someone and finally the death sentence was passed on to Draken.

According to Draken, Kisaki Tetta is obsessed with Mikey, the chairman of Tokyo Manji. His obsession makes him try to take control of Tokyo Manji and turn it into an evil group like a mafia organization. Tetta also seems smart to use people to do what he wants including killing people like Akkun and Draken did. Not to mention many important facts about Tokyo Manji, the bell signaling the hours of the prison hours has run out and Draken must return to his cell, facing his last days as a death row inmate.

4. Takemichi Time Leaps to His Past

Draken's info about Tokyo Mani and Kisaki Tetta made Takemichi want to make a time leap back to his middle school days again. According to Takemichi and Naoto, Kisaki Tetta was a very shrewd person and was difficult to meet in his past as well. Takemichi's determination to save Hina, Draken and Akkun again makes him want to become the chairman of Tokyo Manji so as not to turn into an evil group.

Takemichi's plan was to fill the vacancy for the third squad leader that had previously been filled by Pachin. Due to Tokyo Manji's clash with the Moebius motorcycle gang, Pachin is no longer the leader of the Touman three squad. Takemichi's handshake with Naoto makes him go back to his Time Leap back to his middle school days again. 

5. Young Tokyo Manji Gathers Again

Tokyo Revengers Episode 13 shows the return of Takemichi in his middle school days, who arrives at a public hot spring. Realizing that he is taking a bath with the top brass of the Tokyo Manji motorcycle gang, Mikey and Draken, Takemichi is shocked. The cheerful atmosphere of youth had returned to him because he saw Mikey and Draken joking together at the bathhouse.

After finishing the warm bath, Takemichi along with Draken and Mikey were immediately greeted by many members of the Tokyo Manji motorcycle gang outside the bathhouse. The coronation ceremony for the new 3rd squad leader Tokyo Manji will soon be held, Takemichi is enthusiastic about it.
