Renowned European esports organization OG has officially moved its Honor of Kings (HOK) division to Indonesia and will participate in the Indonesia Kings League (IKL) Spring 2026. This news is quite surprising, considering that OG previously competed in the Honor of Kings Major League West (KMW) in 2025. This move is certainly surprising, but also exciting news, as Indonesia will welcome one of the most renowned esports teams on the international stage.
In preparation for IKL Spring 2026, OG appears to be moving quickly and quietly to recruit the best talent in Indonesia. As per league regulations, OG must comply with team composition rules, requiring the use of Indonesian talent. This is no problem, as organizations of OG's stature have already prepared their rosters according to the strength criteria needed for IKL Spring 2026.
OG HOK's Roster for IKL Spring 2026: Om Kurus to Coach Indonesia's Best Honor of Kings Players
Before the start of IKL Spring 2026, rumors swirled among the Honor of Kings (HOK) fan community in Indonesia. New names were being linked, from players to coaches. Renowned coach Glen Richard "Om Kurus" Pangalila was also mentioned as a candidate for OG's coaching position. Not only Om Kurus, but several well-known players, including Niel (ex-Bigetron by Vitality), iHanss (ex-KAGENDRA), and others, were also rumored to be joining.
However, while the roster will be largely dominated by local talent, it is believed that OG will retain their jungler, Qian "DaoDao" Jiale. OG finally revealed their roster for IKL Spring 2026. OG announced iHanss playing in the Clash Lane, DaoDao as Jungler, and Niel as Mid. Ahem will be in the Farm Lane, 663 in the Support position, and AzelfC as the Jungler/Subs. Finally, Om Kurus has officially become the team's coach for the new competitive season.
They will undoubtedly face significant challenges in the IKL Spring 2026. While OG is indeed filled with players with great potential, several of the announced players already have experience and experience, having won the IKL in 2025. Now, they must re-adjust their strengths and form a new force alongside OG, according to the strategic plan provided by Om Kurus, their coach, for this new competitive season.
