One Piece Live Action broadcasted on Netflix on August 31st 2023 yesterday. Netflix immediately released 8 episodes of this live action. OPLA is the first live action in One Piece which is directly supervised by Eiichiro Oda. On this occasion, the author would like to discuss One Piece Live Action episode 2!

Episode 2 tells about the fight between Luffy, Nami and Zoro against the Buggy Pirates. Initially the three of them were caught by Buggy who wanted to get a map of the Grand Line from Luffy. There are several different scenes, such as Luffy being put in a box filled with water and Zoro being toyed with by Cabaji.

After Luffy and Zoro were free, they started fighting Buggy. In the anime, Nami remembers several parts of Buggy's body so he can't fuse. In OPLA episode 2, Buggy's body parts were put in different crates even though he was still defeated by Gomu Gomu no Bazooka.
