The story focuses on the Monster Association's efforts to deceive the Hero Association by pretending to want peace, which eventually triggers a major war. In addition, favorite characters such as Saitama, Genos, Tatsumaki, Silver Fang, and Puri-Puri Prisoner will return, with most of the voice actors from the previous season. In this third season, J.C Staff will work on the animation. This studio also worked on the second season.

Season 3 also marks the 10th anniversary of the anime's debut.
