The seriousness of the Indonesian team in exploring the Fighting games esports scene seems to be getting stronger. After the RRQ team previously announced players for the Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 Divisions, now another yellow-themed team, Onic Esports, is also making a similar maneuver.

Not holding back, the team with the hedgehog logo announced 5 new players for their Fighting Games Division which is divided into Tekken 8, Street Fighter 6 and Fatal Fury: City of The Wolf.

For players from the Street Fighter 6 Division, the Onic team recruited Masahiro Narita or better known as Narikun, a player from Japan. From the Fatal Fury Division, Onic recruited Christopher Gonzalez, or popularly known as NYChrisG, who is a player from the United States.

Meanwhile, the other 3 players for the Tekken 8 Division include Park Chang-Seob or known as Rest from South Korea, and Higem and Strog who are both from Russia. These three players follow Artaman Ciptajaya or also known as RTM, who had previously joined Onic since mid-2024.

The massive preparation of the Yellow Landak team in the Fighting games category cannot be separated from their preparation in welcoming the upcoming 2025 Esports World Cup Tournament. With the presence of these players, it is certainly hoped that they can carry the Onic team flag in the World FGC Esports scene and get maximum results.
