Rumors regarding ONIC's roster for MPL ID Season 17 have been circulating, one of which is the question of the fate of their Roamer, Nicky "Kiboy" Pontonuwu.

Kelra's arrival indirectly displaced ONIC's previous Gold Laner, Schevenko "Skylar" Tendean, who is now an inactive player on the team. Two hot rumors surrounding ONIC's MPL ID Season 17 concern Kiboy. Kiboy was previously plagued by a hand injury, which he admitted to during MPL ID Season 16. While Kiboy still wanted to stay, he unfortunately didn't achieve his dream: the MLBB world championship title with ONIC Esports. Unsurprisingly, Ssamuel's presence raised questions about whether he would follow Skylar in taking a break due to health concerns.

Finally, to answer these questions, ONIC management officially announced their roster for MPL ID Season 17. The announcement can be viewed on the ONIC Esports YouTube channel. In the announcement video, we can see CW, or Calvin Winata, as the team's coach. Addressing fans' concerns, Kiboy is still on the MPL ID Season 17 roster as a Roamer. Then there's Sanz as Midlaner.

Then there's Kelra as Gold Laner. Kairi as Jungler, Paddington as Assistant Coach and Analyst. Ssamuel as Roamer, and Lutpii still filling the role of EXP Laner. And now ONIC's roster for MPL ID Season 17 is complete.
