4. Marshall D. Teach

In a fairly short time, Teach managed to become a Shichibukai. Shortly after, he killed Shirohige and became a Yonkou. At that time he also began to master the two devil fruit powers. The power of the Yami Yami no Mi that he has cannot be underestimated.

5. Bartholomew Kuma

Kuma received a robotic body after he was modified by Dr. Vegapunk. It makes his body extremely sturdy and almost impenetrable to any attack. Unlike the Pacifista which might be easily destroyed by pirates in the New World, Kuma has a resistance that is 100 times stronger than that.

In Thriller Bark, Sanji's leg nearly broke after failing to kick Kuma in the face. Zoro's slashes were also unable to cut the robot's body. Kuma should also be able to survive Garp's deadly fist.

6. Big Mom

Charlotte Linlin or better known as Big Mom is one of the Yonkou with a bounty of more than 4 billion Belly. She is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates. Her physical strength is unmatched, plus she mastered the Soru Soru no Mi ability which allows her to manipulate a person's age.

When she was young and beautiful, Big Mom was part of the crew of the Rocks Pirates. After the group was disbanded, then Big Mom made her own crew. The giant body that she has makes him almost immune from all kinds of attacks. So far in the anime and manga, there hasn't been an attack that can really hurt Big Mom.

7. Kaido

Kaido is the main antagonist in the Wano arc. He is also one of the Yonkou who is known as the strongest creature that ever existed. The leader of the Beasts Pirates has members, which almost all of them possess the Zoan (smile) ability. One of the unique things about him is that he once tried to commit suicide several times but failed because his body was so strong.

Like Big Mom, Kaido is also a former crew of the Rocks Pirates. After Rocks died, he left the crew and formed his own. Kaido ate the Uo Uo no Mi, which allows him to transform into a giant dragon. Garp's fist might not be enough to beat him.

8. Gol D. Roger

On the last list of characters who can withstand Garp's fists in One Piece is the late Pirate King himself, Gol D. Roger. Roger didn't eat any devil fruit, but he had mastered god-level Hakis. His strong ambition and ability brought Roger to become the Pirate King. Only Roger and his crew had ever found One Piece the treasure. He was also the figure who initiated the Age of Piracy.

Roger and Garp were true rivals. They had fought life and death battles many times, but the two of them had always been able to survive. Most likely Roger had received so many punches from Garp and he could withstand it.
