1. Seagull

Bullet is a non-canon character who serves as the main antagonist in the One Piece: Stampede movie. Bullet is a user of the Gasha Gasha no Mi ability, giving him the power to form various objects from iron. Since being betrayed by his own friend, Bullet has never trusted anyone ever again.

At the age of 15, Bullet met Roger and tried several times to kill him but to no avail. Around the age of 15 to 18 years, Bullet finally became Roger's crew. According to Buggy, his strength was on par with Rayleigh.

7. Silver Rayleigh

Also known as the Dark King, Rayleigh is the right-hand man of the Pirate King Gol D. Roger. Despite his old age, Rayleigh can still fight a powerful opponent like Kizaru.

This time, he has retired as a pirate and started a new life as a shipwright. Rayleigh is one of the users of Haoshoku Haki, which means he has the potential to become a king. He became one of Roger's crew who accompanied his captain to Raftel.

8. Shanks

Shanks had been on Roger's ship since he was a kid. Although Buggy and Shanks were described as being on the same level back then, Shanks was actually a bit stronger. Speaking of talent, Shanks is also better than Buggy.
