Shanks is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates, and also one of the strongest pirate in One Piece world. Although we have seen many strong pirates in One Piece, Shanks is one of the best among them.

Shanks is an ex-crew of Roger Pirates led by Gol D. Roger. After Roger’s execution in Logue Town, he departed from the group and started his adventure and gathered crews. Now, Dunia Games will talk about the reason why Shanks recruited the strongest pirates in One Piece.

Ben Beckman is the first mate of Red Hair Pirates, like Roronoa Zoro and Silver Rayleigh, the three serve as the vice-captain of the crew they lead. Ben Beckman is also known as the smartest man in East Blue. It was told that he once stop Admiral Kizaru from advancing.

Aside from Ben Beckman, Shanks also recruited Yasopp, the father of Usopp, who also known as the best sniper in the world of One Piece. He then recruited Lucky Roo, a pirate who loves to eat and has a big belly. There is a rumor that he can teleport.

Even though Shanks originated from West Blue, most of his crew were came from East Blue. Previously, Gol D. Roger was known as a pirate with a strong crew. After his era ended, the title later taken by Whitebeard Pirates.

After Whitebeard passed away, the Yonkou position later filled by Blackbeard. Currently, Blackbeard only focusing on hunting Devil Fruits to make his crew stronger. So it can be said that his crew's power is far from Red Hair Pirates led by Shanks. 

Big Mom, who have plenty of crew with monstrous abilities with the likes of Katakuri, Perospero, Oven, and Daifuku. But sometimes, Big Mom often cannot contain herself when she’s hungry, and that can endanger all her crews. In other words, Big Mom herself can be a threat to her men.

Kaido himself probably appears as a super-strong pirate, but almost all of his crew are synthetic Devil Fruit users who also served as a lab rat. If the experiment on the Devil Fruit failed, then their life would be in danger. And thus, Kaido’s strongest crews only consists of his big three generals.

When Kaido wanted to destroy Whitebeard pirates at Marine Headquarter, Shanks managed to stop his action and forcing Kaido prates to withdraw. Surely this can describe how immense the power of the Red Hair Pirate truly is.
