The match was played in a best of 3 (BO3) format across several maps, including Split, Lotus, and Pearl as the deciding map. In the first game, Global Esports initially took the lead, with Kr1stal eliminating two Paper Rex players. However, F0rsakeN quickly struck back, allowing Kr1stal to secure another elimination.

As the game progressed, a tense 2v2 situation emerged, with d4v41 and PatMen striving to clinch the first round pistol for Paper Rex. Determined to fight back, Global Esports matched Paper Rex's intensity. However, Paper Rex once again outperformed them, reaching match point. In the 20th round, an opportunity arose for Paper Rex to clinch the win. The Spike was planted, leading to a tense 3v2 scenario.

Global Esports managed to hold on. As the 22nd round began, Paper Rex successfully planted the Spike on site C. A series of trade kills ensued, making the retake process intense for both sides. Kr1stal eliminated two players from Paper Rex, leaving d4v41 to fend for himself.
