Hero Adjustments

Ling

Passive: Extra Lightness Point Restoration When On Walls reduced from 6 to 4.

Pharsa

Ultimate: Base Damage reduced from 620-920 to 570-870.

Nana

Skill 1: Damage adjusted from 220-320 + 100% Magic Power to 220-370 + 120% Magic Power.

Ultimate: Slow Duration reduced from 2s to 1s.

Selena

Skill 1: Abyssal Devil Duration changed from permanent to 30s.

Lesley

Attributes: Physical Attack Growth slightly reduced from 10.5 to 7.5.

Passive: Max Crit Damage increased from 280% to 300%.

Skill 1: Extra Physical Attack increased from 50-200 to 75-200.

Aurora

Passive: Number of Stacks reduced from 4 to 3.

Skill 1: Skill width and explosion radius increased.

With this buff, Aurora may return to the META as she only needs 3 stacks to freeze her opponents. Aurora will be an annoying Mage to deal with for any Assassin!

Freya

Skill 2: Dash distance slightly increased, and Freya will stop upon hitting an enemy hero.

Phylax

Passive: Chain Lightning's Magic Power Bonus reduced from 75% to 30%. Damage to minions increased to 150%.

Skill 1: Damage adjusted from 180-480 + 12% Max HP to 225-450 + 10% Max HP. Damage to minions increased to 120%.

Skill 2: Shield removed.

Ultimate: Ranged Basic Attack's Damage adjusted from 30-90 + 100% Physical Attack and 50% Magic Power to 20-100 + 75% Physical Attack and 25% Magic Power. Energy Conversion: 1.2% ATK Speed and 0.39 Magic Lifesteal. Extra Defense Conversion: 4 Magic Power. Shield Value: 400-700 + 10% Max HP + 50% Magic Power after Conversion.

Skill 1 - Flight: Initial Damage's Magic Power Bonus reduced from 40% to 25%. Continuous Damage's Magic Power Bonus reduced from 20% to 10%.

Skill 2 - Flight: Magic Power Bonus greatly reduced from 80% to 30%.

Floryn

Passive: Evolved Lantern's Magic Power increased from 40 to 55. Shared Equipment's Attributes (Evolved) increased from 8% Physical Attack and Magic Power to 10% Physical Attack and Magic Power. HP reduced from 500 to 250.

Skill 1: Base HP Restoration increased from 50-150 to 150-350. HP Restoration On Minion Hits reduced from 80% to 60%. Base Damage reduced from 220-420 to 180-330. Cooldown adjusted from 8-6.5s to 8s at all levels, Mana Cost increased from 95-120 to 100-150.

Skill 2: Base Damage reduced from 225-500 to 175-350. Stun Duration reduced from 1s to 0.8s and Cooldown increased from 12-8s to 13-10s. Mana Cost slightly increased from 60-90 to 90-140.

Ultimate: Base HP Restoration increased from 360-480 to 450-600, but Base Damage reduced from 300-390 to 150-250.
