After the VCT Masters Bangkok 2025 event, Paper Rex (PRX) immediately moved quickly to welcome the stage 2 that was already in sight, where they announced new players for the Paper Rex roster at VCT Pacific Stage 2 later.

Paper Rex's New Player

In Paper Rex's official statement launched on Tuesday (4/3), the team nicknamed “W gaming” welcomed the spirit of VCT Pacific Stage 2 with a new player recruited from the Challengers team, namely Patrick “PatMen” Mendoza. 

PatMen will be the sixth player to join PRX's ranks in the upcoming VCT Pacific. Previously, PatMen was a former NAOS Esports and ZOL Esports player.

“As VALORANT reaches its 5th year, it's no surprise that the VCT circuit is more competitive than ever, and we need to get excited and freshen up. An injection of new blood with a younger outlook brings a fresh perspective to our game. Adding PatMen to the PRX family allows us to expand our experimentation with broader playstyles.” said Paper Rex's Chief Gaming Officer, Harley ‘dsn’ Örwall. 

A versatile and flexible player, PatMen excels in roles such as initiator and duelist. He is the champion of Predator League Philippines, an official VCT OFF/SEASON event in 2024.
