People take things to the extreme because of their disappointment towards The Last of Us Part II. After criticizing Naughty Dog, now Abby’s voice actress, Laura Bailey received a death threat.

Laura responds positively via her Twitter. She doesn’t care about the negative messages she received because her work on Abby is according to what the director wants.

Laura is going through what most actor or actress that played an antagonist is going through. Even the director of Guardian of Galaxy, James Gunn stated that it’s something common. It’s normal to see people get angry when they see their favorite character die tragically.

Still, sending death threats and hate speech for the actor or actress is inappropriate. Because it’s based on what is written on the script.
