Having emerged as champions of the 2024 FFWS Global Finals, FLUXO, one of the Brazilian teams representing the FFWS Global Finals 2025, appears to be the favorite. This is evident in their performance as the best-performing team in Brazil throughout 2025. Their mission to make history as back-to-back FFWS Global Finals champions is also an exciting prospect.
The 2025 FFWS Global Finals will be FLUXO's second global Free Fire competition, having competed in the Free Fire Esports World Cup (EWC FF) this year. Naturally, their journey to the 2025 FFWS Global Finals will not be easy, as many teams are ready to challenge them. So, what will FLUXO's performance be like at the 2025 FFWS Global Finals?
Bops Reveals FLUXO's Preparations for the 2025 FFWS Global Finals, Says Fans Make Difference!
Exclusively to Dunia Games (DG), FLUXO team captain Tiago "Bops" Carvalho shared his team's preparation for the 2025 FFWS Global Finals. According to Bops, he and his FLUXO team are well-prepared for this year's FFWS Global Finals. "Our preparation is the best as possible, and we are focus every time more so we could win this tournament," Bops told Dunia Games (DG).
Held in Jakarta, Indonesia, the new format implemented at this year's FFWS Global Finals isn't a big deal for Bops. He believes the difference will be the reaction of the fans watching the Grand Finals. According to Bops, the fans will be more supportive of the Indonesian teams. "The main difference I believe will be the fans," he said.
"So, this year probably the fans will be against us. They will be cheering only for Indonesia Teams, last year in 2024 we have the fans cheering for us so that would be the main difference," Bops added. Reflecting on the Free Fire Esports World Cup (EWC FF), Bops stated that the tournament format was very short and completely different.
However, they learned a lot from it and will carry their experience into the FFWS Global Finals 2025. "In EWC, it's a very short tournament so there's a huge difference. But even with this, we learned a lot and we are trying to bring the experience to FFWS and doing everything right," he explained.
Finally, regarding the first week of the Knockout Stage, Bops said he and his team will strive to get as many BOOYAHs as possible. They are aiming for at least three BOOYAHs in the first week. "If there's six rounds, we are go as always to get six BOOYAHs. But I promise we'll get three BOOYAH this week," he concluded.
