Itachi Uchiha is the older brother of Sasuke Uchiha, one of the protagonists in the anime. In the past, the Uchiha clan was slaughtered by Itachi, including his parents. Sasuke is left alive by Itachi. Sasuke then promised himself to kill Itachi when he is an adult.

Turns out, Itachi was ordered by Dazon to slaughter the Uchiha clan. Itachi was given three choices, to kill them all, to leave Sasuke alive by himself, or to warn his family ad clan to leave Konoha. Itachi chooses the second option because he doesn’t want to start a war between the village and his clan.

Many fans expected that L will catch Light Yagami the Death Note user. Initially, Light Yagami has attempted to kill L but he failed because he doesn’t know L’s real name. 6. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

The Philosopher Stone is an object that was created through alchemy by making an equal trade. The stone can grant any wish of its user. The plot twist in the anime is that the Philosopher Stone kept a terrible secret.

The protagonist, Ryuko Matoi tried to destroy the OSIS leader, Satsuki Kiryuin, that leads the school like a dictator. Kiryuin is under her mother’s command to destroy humanity from outer space. Ryuko then fights to stop Satsuki.

It turns out, the two of them are on the same side, Satsuki secretly tries to stop her mother’s evil plan, and she requires Ryuko’s help. What’s even more surprising is that Ryuko is Satsuki’s sister. In the end, the sibling fights together.

Portgas D. Ace is a pirate and the step-brother of Monkey D. Luffy. The Marines thought that the have killed anyone with a blood relation to the Pirate King Gol D. Roger. And it was revealed that Ace is the son of Roger.

The Black Bull corp is known to have 11 members, but in reality, they are a group of 13 Magic Knights. First secret member revealed was Zora, Zora becomes an official member of the group after Yami gave him the Black Bull robe. But he always wanders by himself to look for his father’s killer.

The second member revealed was the original resident of the Black Bull base. Henry becomes a member of Black Bull when Yami decides to stay at the base. Unfortunately, Henry has to keep his distance because he can absorb their mana unwillingly.
