It is unfortunate that we only got to see a glimpse of great battle between Asta and Langris in the episode 82 of Black Clover. Instead of more scenes about it, the episode just moved on with fillers that we might not have wanted to see in the first place. Thank goodness, the fillers stay in that episode only, because the next episode offers us more scenes of the epic battle!

In this week's episode, the story continues with Charmy leaving the battlefield intending to collect food ingredients in the forest in order to make good food for Yuno and the Magic Emperor.

But Charmy accidentally eats hallucinogenic mushrooms so she begins to have a strange dream. Her dream is quite funny because she appears as a monster that destroys the city due to her hunger. But she stops as she spots a piece of meat that she craves so much.

Not only that, Charmy also dreams of Petit Clover. If you notice from the beginning of the Black Clover episode until now, after the ending there is an additional short story called Petit Clover. It explains stories and secrets of the Black Clover characters that have never been revealed before. That's why this week’s episode isn't so important and quite disappointing.

Well, perhaps Black Clover is going on a hiatus in the wake of the fasting month. Guess we need to be more patient and watch the Asta vs Langris battle in the next episode.

In the preview of next episode, it appears that the Magic Knights welcome Asta who has managed to defeat Langris. This shows that they side with Asta because they disagree with Langris's attitude. Zora becomes a hero in this match, because later he will reverse Langris's attack with a trap magic mounted on himself.

Despite his rough nature, Zora really becomes more and more like the doll that has been given by his father. Zara explains that Zora the hero (the doll) is in charge of protecting the city behind the scenes. Zora becomes a figure like that by eliminating some Magic Knights with bad behavior that have hurt people.

Though we have seen it before in manga, it’s still great to get to see the battle in the anime version!
