“Check Sound Check Sound Kungkingkangkukiking!” It’s his signature catchphrase every time he greets his viewers in almost every gaming video he made. Who doesn’t recognize with this YouTuber, Tara Arts Game Indonesia? Named Diwantara Putra Anugrah, he becomes one of many YouTubers that you should watch when you are bored. First Encounter With YouTube

Who would have thought that the owner of Tara Arts Game Indonesia wanted to be a magician? He started his first YouTube channel in 2009 named “Tara Arts Magic” to promote his magic shop to the public until a representative of YouTube from Los Angeles, David Spates, came to offer a partnership and later became his first income.

He later created another channel beside the current one called Tara Arts Movie. In this channel, Tara uploaded videos that involved with visual effects. In a talk show session in Kick Andy show, he said that the video titled “Bearminator” was the first video he created with his younger brother, Gema Cita Andika, and their cousin. This video only relied on his mother’s cellphone camera.

Similar to Tara Arts Magic, the Tara Arts Movie channel received a massive appreciation from one of the famous Hollywood movie producers, Steven Allan Spielberg. Tara and Gema’s love toward dinosaurs made them created various visual effect videos related to Jurrasic Park. They shared their videos to various forums and later made the Jurrasic Park director contacted them.

Tara and Gema Are Only a Highschool Graduate

Even though he has several outstanding skills, it turns out that Tara is only a high school graduate. In 2010, he enrolled in a famous university in Jakarta, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (Jakarta State University). In 2011, unbeknownst to him, Davis Spates and Steven Spielberg came to offer a job. These two offers made Tara dropped out of university and more serious on making videos in his channel.

Starting from gaining revenue from YouTube, Tara later showed his income to his brother, Gema. Gema, who was enthusiastic about his brother’s new world, then he was offered to join him. This offer accepted by Gema and decided to skip higher education. In 2012, Gema opened his first channel called “Gema Show” that filled with After Effect videos as well as video game walkthroughs.

YouTube Revenues to Buy New Equipment

The revenue he gained from YouTube later used to purchase various equipment to improve video qualities. His videos were getting better and better over time, as shown in his library. Even though he already had an income, it was still small. Taken from Detik.com, they received $20 (around Rp300.000) in the first month, later the income raised to $100 (around Rp1.300.000) in the next month. 

Become a Youtuber doesn’t mean Tara works as he wishes. They (Tara and Gema) still apply time discipline, and it is proven from five channels he has. Currently, Tara becomes one of the famous Indonesian YouTubers with the highest income as he receives from AdSense and endorsements. 

The Birth of Tara Arts Game Indonesia

Aside from his love with movies, Tara also loves playing games. In 2011, he created his gaming channel called “Tara Arts Game” that consisted of video game walkthroughs. The first game he uploaded in his new channel titled "Driver 2 Walkthrough - 1: Surveillance Tip-Off”. In 2013, Tara created another channel called Tara Arts Game Indonesia. 

What is the difference between Tara Arts Game with Tara Arts Game Indonesia? In Tara Arts Game Indonesia, Tara talks with Bahasa Indonesia as it is targeted for local audiences, while Tara Arts aimed for a wider (international) audience by communicating fully in English. Not only in Bahasa Indonesia, but this channel also shows funny moments during his gameplay. For example, his famous and funny moments while playing GTA Online.

Currently, Tara Arts Game Indonesia has gained more than 1 million subscribers, and it serves as his main channel to upload various information regarding video games; starting from gameplay, funny moments, to recent news.

Married His Girlfriend in November 2019

After a decade of working on YouTube, Tara finally married in November 2019 with his girlfriend, Andra Hevinska, who often appeared in his Tara Arts Game Indonesia. This joyous moment he shared on Facebook in a photo on November 25.
