Caroline is one of the original Free Fire characters released in 2018. You can get this character at the Shop for 499 Diamond, and 2.500 Diamond for her bundle. Overall, she has a weak ability compared to the more recent characters. 

The bonus movement speed from her ability is not permanent like Kelly’s, and active only when you are carrying a shotgun. This what makes Caroline one of the weakest characters in Free Fire that you should just avoid from using.

To get the best out of Caroline’s ability, you may want to try the following tips:

1. Always Use a Shotgun

As mentioned before, Caroline’s ability only active when you are using a shotgun. Try to get a shotgun early in the game, and use the shotgun as your main weapon. 

Make sure that you are good at using a shotgun so you can utilize her ability. On a side note, if you feel that you are exceptionally good at using a shotgun, then Jota may be a better character for you than Caroline. 

2. Take the Rusher Role

If you are a rusher who enjoy close-range combats while using a shotgun, Caroline’s ability will complement your playstyle perfectly. You can chase down enemies or escape from them faster than other players, so this ability is quite flexible to be used in offensive or defensive strategies. 

3. Maximize Your Armor

The shotgun is a high risk-high reward weapon. While it offers deadly Damage output, it requires you to get really close to your targets. So that you are not too squishy when using Caroline’s ability, try to maximize your armor status with vest, helm, and Andrew’s ability.

4. Combine Her Ability with Other Characters’

Caroline has a rather weak ability since it doesn’t offer you additional Damage nor Defense, so you are going to need a combination of support abilities. You can use Hayato’s or Miguel’s ability so you can be an aggressive rusher. Hayato’s will increase your Damage the lower your health is, while Miguel’s ability will give you an EP from each Kill.
