PUBG Mobile Transformers officially arrive through an epic collaboration in the Version 3.9 update, bringing the world of Cybertron to the battleground. From July 8 to September 2, 2025, players can dive into action-packed gameplay featuring Optimus Prime, Megatron, and a wide array of TRANSFORMERS-themed content designed to transform the way you play.
PUBG Mobile x Transformers Collaboration Introduces Cybertron-Themed Mode
PUBG Mobile teams up with the legendary TRANSFORMERS franchise to deliver a new game mode set in the world of Cybertron. Players can summon iconic characters such as Optimus Prime and Megatron using the Cybertron Beacon or Cybertron Crates. Each robot can transform between vehicle and robot forms, each with unique abilities. Players can also collect Energon to upgrade their characters and unlock ultimate skills like Optimus Prime’s Charge Slam or Megatron’s Triple Fusion Blast.
The rivalry between these two titans culminates in a cinematic battle within a special arena that spawns on the Erangel map. If either robot is defeated before the fight begins, players can revive them to ensure the showdown takes place. At the end of each match, TRANSFORMERS characters will perform a special exit animation and drop exclusive rewards.
New Features: Neon Outpost and Ranked Arena
In addition to the TRANSFORMERS content, PUBG Mobile Version 3.9 introduces Neon Outpost, a vibrant cyberpunk zone available on Erangel, Livik, and Sanhok. The zone features the melee arena Astro Den, a futuristic black market, and an energy hub where players can ride robotic vehicles. This zone delivers a futuristic, fast-paced experience with unique gameplay elements.
The update also brings the Ranked Arena, a competitive tier-based mode running through September 2. Players will face off in random arena modes like Team Deathmatch, Domination Town, and Warehouse TDM, progressing through 28 skill tiers from Bronze to Ace. Exclusive rewards await players who reach the top ranks.
More Content: Metro Royale Zombie, The Hub, and Home Mode
This update expands Metro Royale: Zombie Uprising with tiered monsters, golden melee weapons, and hatchable creatures. Players can also socialize in The Hub, a new beachfront 3D lobby filled with mini-games and smooth matchmaking features.
Additional content includes the new ASM Abakan rifle in Classic Mode, the colorful Paint Gun in World of Wonder, and the strategic Mancala Game Table in Home Mode. PUBG Mobile also kicks off a new Event Season featuring exclusive rewards across both Classic and Casual modes.
