Once you’ve defeated Regigigas in Raid Battles, you’ll get a chance of catching it. Use the Golden Razz Berry and make an excellent curveball throw on Regigigas to increase your chance of catching it.

The max CP you can get from Regigigas is 2483 (Level 20 IV 100%) or 3104 (Level 25 IV 100%) during the cloudy weather boost. Regigigas’ Fast Moves are Zen Headbutt and Hidden Power, whereas its Charge Moves include Thunder, Focus Blast, and Giga Impact.
