The BBL versus FUT Esports match sets a new record for the longest Valorant game

Previously, the match between Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) against Nongshim RedForce at the VCT Pacific Kickoff was believed to be the Longest Valorant match in the history of the competitive scene. When both teams continued to chase the score, finally Nongshim RedForce managed to win the match.

However, it turned out that a match that took place at VCT EMEA (Europe) between BBL Esports against FUT Esports managed to break the record for the longest Valorant match in the competitive scene. The match between BBL and FUT took place on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 yesterday.

Both teams played in best of 3 (BO3) mode where in game 1, they played on the Ascent map. Of course, each team, each player has good mastery of playing on this iconic map. In the first half, BBL managed to beat FUT with a score of 7-5. BBL even made FUT struggle in the second half.

Having been ahead and almost getting match point, BBL was caught up by FUT. The situation began to turn around. Finally, both teams ended the match with a score of 12-12 and continued to the extra round. In the extra round, both teams managed to reply in each round.

Both teams even played until the 47th round, truly a record for the longest Valorant match ever. BBL was finally able to close the match with a 25-23 victory. It was truly extraordinary from both teams, competing with each other to be the best.
