1. Leon S. Kennedy

2. Chris Redfield
Chris Redfield in Resident Evil series is a former member of S.T.A.R.S. in Racoon City, who later becomes the founder and the leader of the BSAA, an anti-terrorist organization that focuses on biological weapons. Chris is the main character who started the Resident Evil franchise. He has appeared since Resident Evil in 1996 and returns in subsequent games up until Resident Evil Village in 2021.
Because of his popularity, sometimes he becomes a guest character or a cameo in several games. He also appears in Resident Evil: Vendetta in 2017 as the main character. 3. Jill Valentine
Previously, she was an agent in the S.T.A.R.S. unit of the Raccoon City Police. Jill is also one of the founding members of the BSAA with Chris as well. In an incident that occurred at the Spencer Mansion, Jill was caught and brainwashed by Albert Wesker. But luckily, Chris managed to save her and Jill was able to return to the BSAA. After this incident, Jill is determined to eradicate bioterrorism which is getting stronger around the world.
Jill was previously one of the protagonists in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) and became an important character in Resident Evil (1996) who was also a close friend of Chris Redfield. After the incident that happened to her in Resident Evil 5 (2009), Jill was completely absent from various sequels in both media (movies and video games). In Resident Evil: Death Island, Jill returns as one of the main characters. She is voiced by Nicole Tompkins.
4. Claire Redfield
The younger sister of Chris Redfield is a character who works for Terrasave, a community organization whose job is to help victims of bioterrorism. Claire first received firearms and self-defense training from her older brother. Thanks to her experience in the Racoon City incident, Claire managed to acquire more than combat skills. Claire is known for being stubborn at times but has a high dedication to protecting those who cannot defend themselves.
Claire was previously the protagonist in Resident Evil 2 (1998) and Resident Evil: Code Veronica (2001). 5. Rebecca Chambers
