As the most expensive car in GTA Online, does the Grotti Itali RSX’s performance match its price?

Along with the release of the Cayo Perico Heist DLC, Rockstar has also added some new cars to GTA Online. One of them is the Grotti Itali RSX, which is the most expensive sports car at $3,465,000.

But the Grotti Itali can also be purchased at a trade price of $2,598,750 after completing the DJ Moodyman mission given by Tom Connor.

Keep in mind that Tom Connor will call you after you finish the Cayo Perico Heist at least once as host. And to get Tom Connor’s number, you must have a Penthouse first. So, to get the trade price, you’re going to need a Penthouse and a Kosatka submarine to pull off the Cayo Perico Heist.

Even at its trade price, the Grotti Itali RSX remains the most expensive car in GTA Online. The previous most expensive car, the Overflod Imorgon, costs only $2,165,000. Now, given the high price, on this occasion, I would like to give you a review of the Grotti Itali RSX to help you decide whether it’s worth buying.

Acceleration & Top Speed

Actually, Itali RSX’s acceleration is already great. However, it’s still inferior compared to the Itali GTO. The Itali RSX’s acceleration feels a bit dragging than the Itali GTO, although the difference isn’t too significant.

However, in a drag race test on the Los Santos International Airport runway, while it’s losing at the beginning, the Itali RSX was able to overtake the Itali GTO, which indicates that the Itali RSX has a superior top-speed.

In a drag race test with the Ocelot Pariah, which is the fastest car in GTA Online, the Itali RSX was way ahead with its acceleration, even though at the end of the runway both cars were side by side. So, based on the test, the Itali RSX has better acceleration than the Ocelot Pariah and is able to match the Pariah in terms of top speed.

Handling

The Itali RSX’s handling is exceptional since, despite its high top speed, the Itali RSX is considerably easy to control, unlike other high top speed cars like the Ocelot Pariah or the Deveste Eight, which have terrible handling.

Compared to the Itali GTO, both cars have equally great handling with their own characteristics. The Itali RSX’s handling feels comfortable for drifting, while the Itali GTO feels more steady at high speed.

The only weakness the Itali RSX has is its handling at high speed as it tends to lose control at the rear-end.

Verdict

Considering its high price, I highly recommend this car for anyone who already has a lot of money in their GTA bank account. The Itali RSX offers a driving experience that’s unlike other sports cars. Especially with its high top speed and great handling.

The only car that offers a similar driving experience to the Itali RSX is the Dewbauchee Vagner, which falls into the supercar category. So, it’s fair to say that the Itali RSX is a sports car that also falls into the supercar category. Therefore, in sports car races, the Itali RSX is guaranteed your best bet.

So, what do you guys think about the Grotti Itali RSX? Is it worth buying? Or is it too expensive for your taste? Watch the following Dunia Games’ video on the Grotti Itali RSX, hosted by Dimedigger.
