RRQ Valorant suffered a 1-2 defeat against Fnatic in the lower bracket of the VCT Masters Toronto 2025 playoffs. The result made RRQ have to fall out of the VCT Masters playoffs.
RRQ Valorant Lost 1-2 to Fnatic
Lotus became the opening map between RRQ vs Fnatic. Although Lotus is Fnatic's map pick, it shouldn't be a big problem for Jemkin cs, considering that RRQ's Lotus was quite strong during the last VCT Pacific grand finals.
Unfortunately, Fnatic presented a more convincing game. RRQ was even made helpless by the Fnatic duelists, Kaajak and Chronicle who appeared on fire. RRQ was forced to succumb with a score of 13-5.
RRQ had avenged their defeat on the Haven map. Domination in the half round, made it easier for RRQ to close the Haven map with a final score of 6-13. However, Ascent made a different story for RRQ. They were forced to succumb 13-5 with two sentinels applied by Fnatic.
VCT Masters Toronto 2025 Playoffs
The VCT Masters Toronto playoffs will still continue to determine the mid-season champions. The remaining teams are Paper Rex, Gen.G, Sentinels, Wolves, G2, and Fnatic.
Meanwhile, RRQ and Xi Lai Gaming became the first two teams to fall out of the title race. This means that both teams failed to get Champions Point to qualify for the Valorant Champions 2025 later.
