A large fire occurred in Pondok Gede, Bekasi City, precisely in the Sari Gaperi complex, Jl Kemang Sari II, RT2/11, Jatibening, on Thursday evening (19/9/2024).

Thick black smoke billowed high while flames engulfed dozens of houses in the area. Local residents appeared to have gathered, watching the flames from a distance. They were busy recording the incident using cellphones, while the fire brigade was not yet visible at the location.

This fire also became a topic of conversation on social media. An X (formerly Twitter) user with the name @arynd_pra uploaded a video of a large burning fire at night.

"The night sky looks red because of the flames," he wrote in the upload.

The fire reportedly occurred near the house of YouTuber Windah Basudara, who lives in Jatibening. However, there is no official information regarding the impact on the Youtuber's house.

Windah Immediately Ends Streaming

When he found out that a fire had occurred near his house, Windah immediately panicked and stopped playing and streaming.

"Seriously, seriously, it's a fire, guys. Sorry, guys, I have to end stream, there's a fire," said Windah Basudara, as quoted on Friday (20/9/2024).

The moment Windah ended her stream was recorded by a netizen and the video was shared by the X account @saintchiro. The video has been watched by more than 62 thousand X users. Meanwhile, the Instagram account @argaaw*** shared the moment when Windah was seen leaving her house after stopping the live streaming.

In the video, Windah looks quite panicked and is trying to carry several important items that he wants to save, even though these items are not clearly visible.
