Management also announced the arrival of young Roamer Samuel, who previously played for several seasons with ONIC Prime (formerly ONIC Prodigy) in MDL Indonesia. Management promoted Samuel to MPL ID Season 17 after considering several factors, including Samuel's improvement and development after several seasons in MDL.

Samuel's arrival reunites the Roamer with his EXP Laner, Lutpii, who also previously played at the MDL level.
