Oda drew it to answer one of the questions in SBS One Piece volume 98. We can see Sanji is looking cool rocking his long hair at the age of 40. And at 60, he wears a chef hat like Zeff, and that is if Sanji succeeded as a pirate.

While the picture at the bottom depicts him when he failed as a pirate. At the age of 40, he looks quite old, like an old man who can't take care of himself. Strangely, at the age of 60, he even looks like his real father, Vinsmoke Judge. It might be implied that at that age, Sanji would become Germa 66's new leader if he failed as a pirate.
