Tobi Roppo is a band of pirates under Kaido and serves as the antagonist that the Straw Hats had to face in the Onigashima war besides their leader, Big Mom, and the All-Star Pirates. They consist of Ancient Zoan ability users. Tobi Roppo consists of six people, and one of them is X-Drake who is acting as a spy.

In an SBS One Piece volume 104, a reader asked Oda about the hobbies of each Tobi Roppo member. Without further ado, Oda answered the question:

• Who’s Who: Playing cards (gambling)
• Sasaki: Making sake
• Black Maria: Boxing and dating
• Ulti: Making accessories and bullying her brother
• X-Drake: Learning astrophysics
• Page One: Fishing and being alone

Even though they act as villains, fans love Tobi Roppo because actually they can't be said to be villains, especially Ulti and Page One who were raised by Kaido since they were very young.
