Since introduced, Doflamingo never takes off his sunglasses. This makes some One Piece fans curious and eager to know how Doflamingo’s face without his sunglasses on, just like when we were curious about Kakashi's face without his mask in Naruto. Finally, Oda answered all the fans’ curiosity in an SBS column.

In the SBS One Piece column volume 85, a reader asked Oda about how Doflamingo's face looks like if his sunglasses are removed. Oda jokingly answered, “Oh, great timing! Doflamingo is just about to take off his sunglasses". Look at the picture below!

It turns out that behind the sunglasses, there is still another pair of sunglasses. We can see that Oda doesn't want to show Doflamingo's face without his signature sunglasses. That's Doflamingo, maybe we'll never know Doflamingo's face without sunglasses. Even in Impel Down, he still wears it.
