It would not be right for RRQ to be called the Local King because they have not succeeded in winning the international competition. In fact, in its history, RRQ when the team was still called PSG. RRQ won the title at the 2019 SEA Clash of Championship.

SEA Clash of Championship 2019, RRQ International Cup After Defeating EVOS in the Final 

SEA Clash of Championship 2019, an international Mobile Legends tournament, is a historic record for the RRQ team. In this tournament, PSG.RRQ succeeded in winning the title, proving that they not only dominate the local stage, but are also able to compete at the international level.

The tournament started with the group phase, Lemon et al performed impressively in Group A by beating Team Flash and Cignal Ultra. On the other hand, EVOS Esports (SG) showed its dominance in Group B, beating Geek Fam and Burmese Ghouls. The top four teams, including PSG.RRQ and EVOS Esports, advanced to the semifinals.

In the semifinals, PSG.RRQ faced Geek Fam, MPL S3 Malaysia/Singapore champions. PSG.RRQ showed a brilliant performance and easily advanced to the final round with a score of 2-0. On the other hand, EVOS Esports faced Cignal Ultra and managed to win a ticket to the final.

The final was a fierce battle between PSG.RRQ and EVOS Esports. Even though PSG.RRQ was ahead in the first game, EVOS Esports managed to equalize in the second game, forcing the match to the third game. However, PSG.RRQ finally proved its superiority and won the 2019 SEA Clash of Championship title.

Apart from winning the championship trophy, AyamJago from PSG.RRQ was also named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of this tournament. This achievement not only brings honor, but also an additional prize of US$250.

So, stop calling RRQ the local king. Because history has proven that RRQ has been a strong team in Southeast Asia for a long time.
