Lady Deathstrike was a female knight that later become a test subject. She was made into a Cyborg with her bones made out of adamantium, just like Wolverine. The bone structure of the adamantium bones works just like Wolverine since he is the blueprint for Lady Deathstrike. Although she doesn’t have a natural healing factor, Lady Deathstrike is included on this list since her abilities are similar to Wolverine.

Lizard’s real name is Curtis Connor, and he was a surgeon for the military that lost one of his arms on duty. Curtis becomes obsessed with regenerating his lost arm and do various researches and experiments based on a lizard’s ability to regenerate its tail. His research and experiment then change him into a lizard complete with a tail and a strong healing factor.

Although he is a part of the Weapon X project, just like Wolverine, Sabretooth has a natural healing factor. He is a mutant with abilities like a wild beast with improved strength, speed, animal-like sense, claws, and fangs. Even though he is not as great as Wolverine, his healing factor is often overlooked. His healing factor keeps him from being poisoned, disease, and numerous natural death causes, which makes him immortal.

Hulk is one of the most popular Marvel superheroes. He is famous thanks to his fantastic physique. Bruce Banner, his real name, was a scientist exposed to gamma radiation during a nuclear test. Because of this accident, he can transform into a giant green monster named Hulk. In his Hulk form, he doesn’t need the healing factor since his skin is almost impenetrable (one of the materials that can penetrate his skin is adamantium). But even when Hulk is hurt, he has immediately healed up thanks to the healing factor.
