Copy Ninja Kakashi earned his reputation thanks to the Sharingan his friend, Obito Uchiha, gave to him. With Sharingan, Kakashi can copy hundreds of techniques from his opponents he faced during his lifetime.

There are 5 other ninjas that earned a dojutsu from other ninjas. Who are the?

1. Ao

The shinobi from Kirigakure took the Byakugan of his opponent during the Third Shinobi War. with his new ability to detect chakra, Ao can see through genjutsu that affects people around him.

2. Danzo Shimura

Hiruzen’s comrade that dreamed of leading Konohagakure, but not a lot of people like Danzo because he made drastic and crooked decisions to “help” Konoha and silenced anyone who had something to say against him.

One of his methods to “help” Konoha is by gathering the Sharingan of the Uchiha clan. There are 10 Sharingan embedded, he can use genjutsu Kotoamatsukami to control his opponent’s mind with no rest thanks to that.

3. Nagato

Madara took a piece of Hashirama’s body and implanted it into his body to extend his life. And Madara got the side effect of implanting the Hashirama cell to his body: his Sharingan was awakened to Rinnegan.

Right before his timely death, Madara implanted his Rinnegan to the young Nagato.

Yes, Nagato never stole the Rinnegan, but it doesn’t change the fact that it belongs to someone else.

4. Obito Uchiha

Madara’s Rinnegan then transferred to another person. After Nagato sacrificed his life to revive the dead Konoha citizens, Obito visited his grave to steal the Rinnegan.

Because he can use both Rinnegan, Obito only implanted one of the eyes and store the other at another place.

5. Toneri Otsutsuki

The only living Hamura Otsutsuki descendant left living on the moon.

Because his eyes are sealed in the Energy vessel, he decided to steal the Byakugan of Hanabi Hyuga. But failed since he lost the fight against Naruto and Toneri then decided not to bother earthlings anymore.
