What is Job Breakthrough?

Job Breakthrough is one of the features for the Ragnarok Eternal Love players who have reached the highest level of their characters. This feature allows the high level character to breakthrough the maximum level from Job Level.

As you know, the maximum Job Level for each Job in Ragnarok Eternal Love is level 40. However, there are exceptions for third level jobs (Lord Knight, Paladin, Sniper, Assassin Cross, etc.), characters with those Jobs can reach up to level 70 if you use this Job Breakthrough feature.

FYI, Job Level 70 will be the main requirement for advancing to a higher Job level; if Ragnarok Eternal Love has updated the game with a fourth level Job.

The Requirements for Job Breakthrough

For you to enjoy Job Breakthrough, the requirements are quite simple, but it is kinda difficult to get because it takes a long time to achieve. That's right, the first and foremost requirement is that your character must have reached Job Level 40/40 for the third level Job. If it exceeds the first requirement, the rest of the requirements are quite easy.

The next requirement is that you must have 30 Silver Medals and 500,000 Zenny in cash. Surely this is not a problem for you if you already reached the high level.

If all the requirements have been met, it won’t take long. Just complete the Job Breakthrough quests by following these methods!

How to Job Breakthrough

To be able to do Job Breakthrough, it's easy. When your character reaches Job Level 40, you will get a quest called Agony Trial. You will be directed to NPC Sjilly in Prontera.

Talk to NPC Sjilly and you must answer all the questions given correctly. The questions are different for each Job, so you have to be observant and examine all of the answers. If you answer it wrong, you can answer it again.

After successfully answering all of NPC Sjilly's questions, you will be directed to Adventure HQ to meet with NPC Higgy Eez. Talk to him and you will be asked to submit 30 Silver Medals as a sign to make a deal with Job Breakthrough and 500,000 Zenny for the service fees. It's a bit forced, but it can't be helped.

Finally, after talking with NPC Higgy Eez, you have successfully completed the Job Breakthrough! You can see the results by checking the status of your character. It says on the character menu when Job Level becomes 40/43. This means that your character's Job Level can reach level 43.

Increase Maximum Job Level After Job Breakthrough

Doing Agony Trial quests can only bring your character to a maximum of Job Level at 43, but the Job Level can still get higher, up to level 70.

In order to level up, you must exchange nine Peak Shard items to get an additional three levels at the maximum Job Level. If you previously had a maximum Job Level of 43, after exchanging nine Peak Shards, your maximum Job Level will be increased to 46. Continue doing so to reach level 70.

You can obtain Peak Shard through the Incredible Vending Machine in the Guild. If you don't have an Incredible Vending Machine in your Guild, it is recommended to raise your Guild level first.

The Advantage of Job Breakthrough

The obvious advantage of Job Breakthrough is that of course your character can allocate more points to increase their skill levels. But, that's not all. Some skills can be upgraded even higher to level 20 and there are also the addition of new effects from these skills. Your character will be stronger for sure!
