Gintama fans must be familiar with Ginpachi-sensei who sometimes appears at the end of the episode. A Gintama spin-off will be adapted into its own anime entitled 3-Nen Z-Gumi Ginpachi-sensei. You can watch the trailer for this spin-off on the Gintama YouTube channel. Even though they look alike, Ginpachi isn't really Gintoki.

The trailer above shows Gintoki and Ginpachi in one frame. Just like Gintoki, Tomokazu Sugita is also the voice actor for Ginpachi. There are also parodies of Spy x Family and Jujutsu Kaisen performed by the Yorozuya (Gintoki, Shinpachi, and Kagura). At the end of the video, Gintoki is surprised to learn that Ginpachi will be the main character in this new anime.

3-Nen Z-Gumi Ginpachi-sensei first appeared in 2006 and ended in 2018. This session features Sakata Ginpachi as the teacher of class 3-Z. The students in the class consist of the Yorozuya, the Shinsengumi, and other important characters. Currently, the 3-Nen Z-Gumi Ginpachi-sensei anime is still in development.
