Toki Toki no Mi is a devil fruit that was eaten by Kozuki Oden's wife, Kozuki Toki. This gave her the ability to time travel into the future. After Toki was killed, the fruit grew back somewhere. Then, has anyone taken it, eaten it, and mastered this ability?

Until now, there have been 2 devil fruits in Wano flashbacks that are reused by other people. The first is the Bari Bari no Mi which is again used by Bartolomeo. The second Mane Mane no Mi is now used by Mr. 2. The same thing most likely also happened to the Toki Toki no Mi.

Maybe this fruit has been eaten by people we don't even know or hasn't been introduced yet, but what if the one who ate it was a character we've seen. Another possibility of awakening is that the user can manipulate time other than going back in time. It could be like stopping or slowing down/speeding time. Then, who can do that? According to us, 2 people might master it, namely Shanks or Lucky Roo.

It has yet to be confirmed if no one in Shanks' group hasn't eaten a devil fruit. Lucky Roo once moved very quickly when dealing with mountain bandits at the beginning of the story.

While Shanks is able to enter the Gorosei headquarters without being noticed by others. He can also go to Marineford very quickly after dealing with Kaido. There are a lot of suspicions going on here. It's very possible if Shanks or Lucky Roo mastered the ability of the Toki Toki no Mi.
