MAGES announced The Quintessential Quintuplets: My Five Promises To Her, as the latest game project based on the Quintessential Quintuplets anime which will be the latest visual novel game in this series. The upcoming game is in development for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, which is planned to be released on September 7, 2023 in Japan.

The visual novel game by Quintessential Quintuplets will be set during the first summer vacation of protagonist Futaro Uesugi's university life. and this game is going to be the third visual novel in the anime franchise. MAGES also released a short teaser for the new game featuring Uesugi in her future version saying she still vividly remembers the memories she made during her first summer vacation at university. Previously, MAGES released The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on 10 February 2023. This game is an adaptation to the console version – which was previously a mobile puzzle game of Quintessential Quintuplets – but instead of the puzzle gameplay, this game opted for a more traditional visual novel style of gameplay.

Quintessential Quintuplets is a romance anime series that tells about the daily life of a high school student named Futaro Uesugi who is hired as a private tutor for five twins namely Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki Nakano who get bad grades. At the beginning of the story, it is indicated that Futaro will marry one of the Nakano quintuplets, but his identity remains unknown until near the end of the story.
